Device information

  • Purpose: load the Site correctly and understand how it is used
  • Source: collected automatically through cookies, log files, pixels, and similar tools
  • Shared with: Shopify and other service providers we use to run the store
  • Examples: browser type, IP address, time zone, cookie data, pages and products viewed, search terms, and how you use the Site

Order information

  • Purpose: fulfill your order, process payment, arrange shipping, send confirmations, communicate with you, screen for fraud, and, if you opt in, send product updates or ads
  • Source: collected from you
  • Shared with: Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and manufacturing or fulfillment partners as needed to complete your order
  • Examples: name, billing address, shipping address, payment details, email address, and phone number

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child provided information to us, email info@inatti.com and we will delete it.

Sharing Personal Information

We share Personal Information with service providers who help us operate the store and fulfill orders. For example:

  • We use Shopify to power the store. See Shopify’s privacy policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
  • We may share order details with manufacturers, printers, warehouses, and carriers so we can make and ship your order
  • We may share information if required by law, or to protect our rights

We currently sell and ship within the United States only.

Behavioral Advertising

We may use Personal Information to show you ads we think are relevant.

Opt out of targeted ads:

Using Personal Information

We use Personal Information to sell products, process payments, ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and, where allowed, send updates and offers.

Lawful basis (EEA/UK visitors)

If you are in the EEA or UK, we process Personal Information based on:

  • Your consent
  • Performance of a contract with you
  • Legal obligations
  • Our legitimate interests, as long as they do not override your rights

We currently ship only in the United States, but Shopify may still process data in Ireland, Canada, and the United States. See Shopify’s GDPR information: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/privacy/GDPR

Retention

If you place an order, we keep related Personal Information as needed for orders, tax, fraud prevention, and legal records, unless you ask us to delete it and we are not required to keep it.

Automatic decision-making

We do not use fully automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

Shopify may use limited automated tools to prevent fraud, such as short-term blocks on IP addresses or cards tied to repeated failed transactions.

Sale or sharing of Personal Information (California)

We do not sell your Personal Information for money.

We may “share” Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, such as through Shopify, Google, or Meta advertising tools. That can include information about Site use, purchases, and the email associated with a purchase.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share Personal Information of consumers under 16.

To opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, use the links in the Behavioral Advertising section above, use cookie or privacy settings on the Site if shown, or email info@inatti.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”

Your rights

EEA/UK
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your Personal Information. Email info@inatti.com.

California
If you are a California resident, you may request to know, correct, delete, or receive a copy of Personal Information we hold about you. You may also opt out of sale or sharing as described above. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To use these rights, email info@inatti.com. If you want an authorized agent to submit a request, contact us from that same email with the agent’s details.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools so the store, cart, checkout, and analytics work. Shopify’s cookie information is here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies

You can keep the existing Shopify cookie tables under:

  • Cookies Necessary for the Functioning of the Store
  • Reporting and Analytics

Most cookies last from 30 minutes to two years. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout and cart features may break.

Blocking cookies may not stop all advertising partners from using information they already have. Use the opt-out links above for that.

Do Not Track

There is no consistent industry standard for Do Not Track browser signals, so we do not change our practices when we detect one.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The “Last updated” date at the bottom will change when we do.

Complaints

Email info@inatti.com.

If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your local data protection authority. UK example: https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/

The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.

You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as: www.allaboutcookies.org.

Additionally, please note that blocking cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners. To exercise your rights or opt-out of certain uses of your information by these parties, please follow the instructions in the “Behavioural Advertising” section above.
