Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit or buy from inatti.com, operated by INATTI LLC (“INATTI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

The store is hosted by Shopify.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your state.

Orders

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders that look like reseller or bulk purchases, or that use the same account, card, or address.

If we change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you with the email, phone, or address you gave at checkout.

You agree to give accurate billing and shipping information.

Prices, product details, and availability may change without notice. If a listed price or detail is wrong, we may correct it and cancel or adjust the order, even after checkout.

We currently sell and ship within the United States only.

Products

Photos and colors on the Site are as close as we can get them. Screens display color differently, so a product may not match the photo exactly.

Some items are limited edition or low stock. We may discontinue a product at any time.

Use of the Site

Reviews, photos, or other content you send us may be used by INATTI without payment to you. Do not submit anything illegal, infringing, or misleading.
